Cliffs Road House is nestled on the ridge above St Clair Beach to enjoy the sun and views over Dunedin. The brief was “to feel as if you are standing on the bridge of a ship” and the house is planned as a string of rooms enjoying that feeling.

“Malibu meets St Clair. A sensitively designed and extremely well-crafted residence taking full advantage of the dramatic views.
The building provides a variety of spaces to suit the client’s specific needs and to cater for future lifestyle changes.
Courtyard entry provides great shelter prior to entering the living spaces and the drama of views as they expand before you."
