The Quays at Clearwater

"Clearwater Quays is building 15 of the 300 square-metre boathouses, with ten already completed. Eight of these have already been sold – all to people from Christchurch. The remaining two completed units are on the market for $1.75 million. "The golf course and the 8-hectare lake are the big drawcards. But, so, too is the architecture. Each home has a traditional gabled roofline that is echoed by the boathouse on the lake, which can be used to store canoes and sports equipment, or as an office, playroom or studio. Or it can simply be used as a trout fishing hut.”
